Guest Speaker
Willamina Vandervecht is an artist and social services provider who works with adults and youth in mental health settings. In Nature in Art: Supporting Resilience in Youth, Willamina will explore how art, exercise and nature can be integrated into mental health practice to support emotional regulation and well-being particularly in youth, but also for people of any age.
