A Message From
R.H. Thomson, Muskoka Conservancy’s Honourary Patron
At a time of environmental challenges to our lands, water and air, and with a climate crisis that will impact our children and grandchildren, we must do whatever we can to restore health and balance to our natural world. Muskoka Conservancy’s work is a timely and important contribution to this imperative.
I salute everyone who has placed properties into the Conservancy. I salute those who donate funds to maintain and grow the Conservancy. These are essential contributions for the environmental sustainability of the Muskoka lands and lakes that we all love. I am honoured to help in whatever way I can. For my entire life, Muskoka has given my family pleasure, health and well being, and I will do whatever I can to return it.
A Message From
Martin Short, Muskoka Conservancy Supporter
I have been a proud resident of the Muskoka lakes region for many years. My family and I feel privileged we can escape to the beauty of one of the true gems of the Canadian wilderness. In recent years, though, I have seen that beauty threatened by the encroachment of commercial and residential land development putting at risk Muskoka's natural habitat.
For this reason, I am proud to support the Muskoka Conservancy and their dedication to protecting, in perpetuity, our priceless Muskoka Lakes heritage. Please join me in supporting the Muskoka Conservancy and their tireless work preserving the valuable Muskoka land trust they created.
