Derek Berkhout - Operations Director

Derek brings a strong background in banking, along with years of experience leading teams, strengthening operations, and turning strategic plans into real results. 

He’s also an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys backcountry paddling, hiking, traveling, cross-country and alpine skiing. He’s thrilled to join MC and is excited to put his skills to work in support of our mission.
