Why Protecting Land Matters

Healthy natural lands help Muskoka withstand flooding, climate change, invasive species, and overdevelopment. They also give people ways to connect with nature through trails and guided Nature Quest hikes.

In 2025, we set an ambitious goal: double the land we protect over the next 10 years. Reaching it will take more than memberships—it will take the generosity of people like you.

Please renew your annual membership at $95 or more, and consider making an additional gift to help protect more land. You can also give monthly or leave a legacy gift of funds, securities, or land in your will. Every contribution helps move us closer to our goal and protects more land in perpetuity. Muskoka Conservancy issues charitable tax receipts for eligible donations.
